Job Description

Identify consumer and market trends to determine new product opportunities
Lead NPD projects with the Key Stakeholders to develop a product lineup, specifications, pricing, competitive analysis, and product launch timeline.
Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy from product portfolio lens that aligns with the company's overall business objectives
Own, drive and deliver the brand's P&L goals in collaboration with the channel heads for all the key launches.
Oversee the management of the product portfolio, including product development, innovation, and lifecycle management.
Conduct in depth market research and analysis to identify consumer trends, market opportunities, and competitive threats. Use data-driven insights to inform brand strategies.
Conduct in depth interviews and lead qualitative and quantitative research with consumer panel for category understanding, and product testing
Define and track key performance metrics to measure the success of brand initiatives on product portfolio.
Ensure the product quality of current portfolio is in line with the consumer expectations
Managing the variants and pack sizes with channels team and ensuring timely delivery.
Lead claim substantiation with agencies and drive product differentiation from consumer lens.
