Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with 10 to 15 years of relevant consulting experience to join our team as a Manager in Finance Transformation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with expertise in financial analysis, process optimization, and project management. ### Roles and Responsibility Lead delivery teams in Record to Report process areas, including manual journal entries automation, accrual engine design, and revenue recognition implementation. Provide subject matter expertise and lead delivery teams in invoice to pay areas, such as invoice processing automation, payables optimization, and reporting. Lead implementation teams in business requirement gathering, blueprinting, and functional design and implementation of ERP systems like SAP S/4 HANA, Oracle Fusion, MS Dynamics, and digital finance tools. Develop and implement client-specific solutions for engagement teams, leading proposal building or proposal teams. Collaborate with market teams to develop relationships and secure more business for EY. Directly manage a team of 5-8 managers in one or more solution areas, developing people through coaching, motivation, and guided training. Own the specialization area and be accountable for its financial and non-financial growth. Lead pursuit teams to understand client problem statements and formulate them into solutions, leading development of internal capability development and conducting training sessions to coach internal teams. Lead operational initiatives within the practice areas and collaborate cross-service lines to ensure smooth project execution. ### Job Requirements CA, MBA (Finance) with Commerce or Engineering Background, CWA, CMA, CFA certification is required. Possess strong technical skills and knowledge in Record to Report, invoice to pay, and Order to Cash areas. Demonstrate certification and/or sound experience-based knowledge in ERPs like SAP S/4 HANA FI/CO/COPA, SAP Central Finance, Oracle Fusion Finance. Have experience in current state analysis (As is), future state analysis (To be), process optimization, data optimization, data analytics, and data management. Exhibit excellent written and oral communication skills, flexibility, and proven ability to lead diverse teams over multiple geographies. Be comfortable working with ambiguity, possess strong entrepreneurial skills, and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel for short or long durations at short notice is expected.
