Diagnose neurological conditions based on clinical evaluations and diagnostic tests. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients. Collaborate with other medical professionals to ensure coordinated patient care. Educate patients and their families about neurological conditions and treatment options. Manage and monitor patients' progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary. Stay updated on the latest advancements in neurology and best practices. Participate in the training and mentorship of junior medical staff. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation. Respond to medical emergencies and provide urgent care as needed. Engage in clinical research to contribute to advancements in neurology. Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to clinical strategies. Support community outreach programs to raise awareness of neurological health. Qualifications DM or DrNB in Neurology from a recognized institution. Active medical license to practice in India. Fluency in Malayalam is essential. Proven experience as a neurologist in a clinical setting. Strong clinical and diagnostic skills in neurology. Experience with advanced diagnostic tools and techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
