Job Description

  • Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
  • Perform routine network maintenance, including configuration, backup, and patch management.
  • Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VPN, and connectivity issues promptly.
  • Maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
  • Manage IP address schemes, VLANs, and network topology documentation.
  • Ensure efficient bandwidth utilization and network optimization.
  • Implement and maintain network security measures (firewalls, ACLs, VPNs, etc.).
  • Support compliance with IT security policies and audit requirements.
  • Respond to network incidents, diagnose root causes, and provide permanent resolutions.
  • Log, track, and close issues through the ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with application and server teams to resolve cross-functional issues.
  • Monitor network usage, latency, and traffic patterns.
  • Generate and analyze performance reports for optimization.
  • Recommend infrastructure upgrades based on performance data.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance and support.
  • Maintain updated network diagrams, configuration files, and documentation.
  • Participate in regular review meetings and provide technical updates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
