Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for providing virtual and on-site support for electrical and IT/networking related issues of Stackfusion's productions. Your role will involve QC, sourcing, and assembling of products, maintenance of products at client sites, providing product development feedback to design teams, and partnering with system administration and IT support teams. Additionally, you will be required to possess skills for installing operating systems and network components, troubleshooting technical issues, and keeping abreast of new network technologies for suggesting improvements. Key Responsibilities: - Install operating systems such as Windows, Linux, or macOS, and network components. - Assess PCs/laptops, hardware, software, servers, and other devices for potential issues. - Maintain, resolve, and examine network cabling. - Troubleshoot issues promptly to ensure continuous functioning of computers and network equipment. - Stay updated on new network technologies to propose enhancements for organizational network systems. - Explain technical issues to non-technical personnel. - Conduct software and hardware testing. - Perform basic soldering and assembly of hardware solutions. - Document instances for future reference. - Assist in IP camera installation and electrical and networking wire pulling via conduits. - Conduct debugging of networking or electrical wiring circuits. - Provide basic troubleshooting for Android devices. - Collaborate with system administration and IT support teams. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as an electrician in AC 220v/50Hz circuits and DC 3.3v to 30v/15Amp circuits. - Knowledge of AC and DC circuits, industrial, and commercial electrical systems. - Ability to use electrical and hand tools, read electrical drawings and blueprints. - Familiarity with safety procedures, legal regulations, and guidelines. - Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. - Excellent physical condition and flexibility for long shifts and overnight work. - Diploma/Degree in relevant vocational training or completion of an electrician apprenticeship. - Valid license or degree to practice as an electrician. - Experience with IP camera installation, soldering electronic components, Linux scripting, or embedded programming is a plus.,
