Lead the design and implementation of Java Full Stack solutions covering Frontend, Backend and Batch processes & interface Integrations across business use cases. Translate business requirements into technical architectures using Azure/AWS Cloud Platforms . Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers, Leads and Specialists . Drive adoption of Databricks , Python In addition to Java-based frameworks within solution development. Collaborate closely with product owners, data engineering teams, and customer IT & business stakeholders. Ensure high standards in code quality, system performance, and model governance . Track industry trends and continuously improve the technology stack adopting newer trends showcasing productization, automation and innovative ideas. Oversee end-to-end lifecycle: use case identification, PoC, MVP, production deployment, and support. Define and monitor KPIs to measure team performance and project impact. All you need is... 13+ years of overall IT experience with a strong background in Telecom domain (preferred). Proven hands-on experience with Java Full Stack technologies and Cloud DBs Strong understanding of Design Principles and patterns for distributed applications OnPrem as well as OnCloud . Demonstrated experience in building and deploying on Azure or AWS via CI/CD practices . Strong expertise in Java, Databases, Python, Kafka and Linux Scripting . In-depth understanding of cloud-native architecture , microservices , and data pipelines . Solid people management experience: team building, mentoring, performance reviews. Strong analytical thinking and communication skills. Contribute to the resolution of database related issues and outages. Work closely with Application developers in designing and creating new applications Support Application developers on query optimization Provide leadership, and mentor members of PostgreSQL team. Support and participate in the RCA (Root Cause Analysis) process for database related issues. This position leads junior team members with project related activities and tasks. He/She guides and influences department and project teams. Develops and ensures creation of application documents. Defines and produces integration builds. Monitors emerging technology trends. Leads maintenance and support. Qualifications: Bachelors Degree or International equivalent Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field Preferred Relevant Years of Experience : 10-15 years Primary Skills: Experience in java, .Net 6, Openshift, Linux scripting Knoweldge of Couchbase, CI/CD Pipeline and Performance monitoring tools such as Log Insight, APM etc Secondary Skills: Knowledge of Agile Development Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills Must be a team player who shows initiative and is detail-oriented

Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days) Work Timing: 2 PM to 11 PM 6 to 10 years in setting up Linux infrastructure Should be able to Implement projects independently Understanding of SDLC process Involve in SIT, UATnd pre-prod deployments Should be able to write SQL queries Good communication and should be able to interface with technical and other infrastructure teams Should have worked with LoanIQ Linux infrastructure setup Work closely with technology stakeholders to under the requirement Manage the software, hardware, and systems on a Linux server Design, build, and maintain core services and infrastructure Installation of Loan IQ application on Linux servers Ensure compliance of information assurance policies, concepts, and measures Participate in programming, scripting, and process automation Maintain documentation for procedures, configurations, and programs Develop tools for automation and configuration (e.g., Ansible).
