As a CSV - IT at INFOTECH, located in Gujarat, you will be responsible for various key activities related to user management and IT operations. With a qualification of BCA/MCA and a minimum of 4 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of IT systems and user access. Your primary responsibilities will include performing administration activities outlined in the user management SOP, such as activation, reset, change, and deactivation of user access round the clock. You will review, configure, and manage the Privilege Right Matrix, as well as prepare, create, and update user access matrices. Additionally, you will provide access to service engineer user accounts and review service engineer audit trials. In this role, you will be involved in preparing and updating application-wise process steps for user management, maintaining the list of applications, and implementing site SOPs while ensuring regular updates. You will also be responsible for participating in instrument and software qualification activities and handling IT-related QMS activities like Change Control, Deviation, CAPA, etc. Furthermore, you will oversee backup and restoration activities, provide support during software assessment and mitigation plans, and assist in software maintenance and network-related problem resolution. Compliance with periodic reviews, verification of GLP and desktop policies, and periodic risk-based network failure tests will also be part of your responsibilities. Your role will involve explaining the IT role in analytical applications and user management to internal/external auditors and regulators. As a Support Network Attached Storage (NAS) / Netapp platform specialist, you will be responsible for managing and supporting Netapp 7-mode and cluster-mode configurations. Your expertise in Netapp Snap suite of products (Snapmirror, Virtual Storage console, SnapManager for Oracle, SnapManager for SQL etc.), ISCSI, NFS, CIFS will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of the storage infrastructure. You will be involved in the configuration and support of NDMP backups between Netapp and third-party backup products, as well as storage migration from 7-mode to Cluster mode using 7TT and WFA. Additionally, your knowledge in Windows clusters, VMware troubleshooting, SQL Clustering, and Virtual storage troubleshooting will be essential in handling technical assessments and troubleshooting tasks. Collaborating with a global team, you will participate in infrastructure support and projects, including system design, planning, installations, configurations, upgrades, and planning. Your role will also involve managing Tier-3 support following ITIL practices and incident management to ensure the stability and reliability of the NAS platform in a mission-critical environment. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain NetApp NAS storage systems, including configuration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. - Design and implement NetApp storage solutions to meet business requirements, including data protection, backup, and disaster recovery. - Provide technical support and guidance to junior administrators and other stakeholders on NetApp NAS systems. - Troubleshoot complex issues with NetApp NAS systems, including performance problems, data corruption, and connectivity issues. - Develop and maintain technical documentation on NetApp NAS systems, including Configuration Guides, Troubleshooting Procedures, and Best Practices. Requirements: - Strong understanding of NetApp NAS storage systems, including ONTAP, Clustered ONTAP, and NetApp StorageGRID. - Experience with storage administration, including configuration, management, and troubleshooting of storage systems. - Familiarity with Linux/Unix operating systems, including command-line interfaces and scripting. - Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
