Job Description

As a Network Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in architecting, designing, installing, maintaining, and managing Cloud Network Infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include: - Architecting and designing the physical and SDN network framework for Cloud Network Infrastructure. - Ensuring high availability, flexibility, and network performance while maintaining SLA standards. - Documenting, auditing, reviewing, and updating infrastructure documentation. - Collaborating with clients and team members for day-to-day changes, incidents, and requests. - Supervising a team of Network Engineers, providing technical expertise, guidance, and periodic performance evaluations. - Proactively monitoring and analyzing key performance and capacity metrics to assess risks and provide recommendations. - Delivering solution presentations and technical proposals related to cloud network infrastructure. - Managing technical validation activities such as Proof of Concept. For this role, you should have: - 7+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining DataCenter networks, including various technologies such as WAN & Routing, Security technologies, Switching, QoS, and Network monitoring Protocols & Tools. - Strong fundamentals in Data Center network technologies and hands-on experience with SDN providers like VMWare NSX, Juniper Contrail/Tungsten, Arista, Cisco, etc. - Advanced troubleshooting skills and the ability to quickly resolve network problems. - Proven experience in project management, complex network task completion, and team management. - Motivated learner with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and keep networking skills current. - Experience in handling a team of at least 4 individuals in a similar role.
