Lead a team of Offshore Network engineers to provide 24x7 network support globally
Interact with developers and implementers of new applications to better understand enterprise impact of new traffic streams
Under general supervision, plans, conducts and establishes a technical vision for assignments
Provide support for the full life cycle management of network devices
Day to day operational functions related to Cisco Identity Service Engine(ISE)
Responsible for supporting the ISE environment, managing the policy, troubleshooting ISE incidents, and working with the deployment team as new ISE sites are brought online
Proactive health, capacity, failover planning, lifecycle management, lab testing, and obsolescence management in the core network, specifically focused on ISE
Direct partner with the design team to implement changes on the WAN backbone and ISE environment
The GIS Lead Analyst, Contact Center Engineer provides skilled technical support around all aspects of unified communications and voice services
