Role: Network Support Engineer Experience: 8+ years Location: Jaipur (Onsite) Job Description: As an experienced Network Support Engineer at Kadel Labs, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the IT infrastructure, vendor coordination, and operational support. The ideal candidate should possess strong networking expertise, vendor management experience, and the ability to handle various office-related responsibilities effectively. Responsibilities: - Building and maintaining office IT infrastructure. - Managing network and system administration to ensure seamless connectivity. - Coordinating with vendors such as laptop suppliers, civil contractors, masons, plumbers, and other service providers. - Handling IT asset management, procurement, and inventory control. - Managing and procuring office stationeries. - Overseeing travel and hotel bookings for employees. - Traveling to different city locations as required. - Arranging and coordinating recruitment drives. - Providing technical support for network and system-related issues. - Ensuring security and compliance of IT systems. - Continuously adapting and taking on additional responsibilities as needed. Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in network support and IT infrastructure management. - Strong troubleshooting skills in networking, hardware, and system administration. - Experience in vendor management and procurement. - Knowledge of security protocols and IT best practices. - Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Willingness to travel as required. Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
