Job Description

We are seeking Network Support Technicians to assist users in troubleshooting routers, extenders, and basic home networking issues. You will be responsible for guiding users through router installation and configuration, resolving issues related to poor connectivity, IP settings, and device pairing. It is essential to document solutions and adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure call quality. The ideal candidate should have a basic knowledge of networking concepts such as IP, DNS, and DHCP. Excellent English speaking skills are required for effective communication with users. Experience in router and extender support is preferred. This is a full-time, permanent position with a night shift schedule located in Mohali, India.,
