Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Network Support Technician, located in Bengaluru, R.T Nagar. The Network Support Technician will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as performing network administration, troubleshooting network issues, providing technical support, managing network security, and ensuring seamless connectivity for clients. The role requires diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues efficiently. Additionally, the technician will work closely with team members and clients to resolve technical problems and provide expert technical assistance.

Qualifications

• Network Administration and Troubleshooting skills
• Technical Support and Network Troubleshooting skills
• Experience in Network Security
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Fresher to this field are also qualified for this post
