Role & responsibilities

About the Role

Network Support and Desktop Services Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Network Infrastructure Management

Design, implement, and maintain network policies, procedures, and security frameworks.
Configure and manage
firewalls, routers, switches, VPN, WAN, LAN, WLAN, and WiFi
.
Implement
Zero Trust network security
, IPsec tunnels, and secure communications.
Deploy and manage
IP Telephony/VoIP infrastructure
.
Monitor and optimize network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues.
Manage
Microsoft Azure VPN
and hybrid cloud networking solutions.

Desktop Services & Endpoint Management

Configure and manage
Microsoft 365 accounts, licenses, and permissions
.
Deploy and maintain
Intune policies
for device management.
Provide ongoing support for
desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
.
Troubleshoot
printers, endpoint security, and software deployment
.
Manage IT asset inventory and lifecycle.

General IT Support

Document IT processes and configurations.
Support infrastructure upgrade projects.
Ensure compliance with IT security standards.
Provide after-hours support when required.
