We're Hiring: Network Support Engineer (IP/Ethernet) Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai Industry: Telecommunication / Internet Service Provider Experience: 35 Year Are you a network ninja who thrives in high-pressure environments and lives for the "aha!" moment when a tricky issue is resolved? If yes, were looking for you! What You'll Be Doing: Deliver Tier 2/3 support in a telecom-grade NOC setup. Troubleshoot & repair Ethernet/IP circuits at both service and circuit levels. Configure , install , and maintain network devices like Routers, Switches, and NIDs. Work on platforms such as Juniper , Cisco , Nokia , Ciena , Accedian . Perform deep protocol analysis using CLI and SNMP -based tools. Conduct RFC 2544 testing and validate network throughput. Support field teams with OTDR fiber testing to isolate faults. Leverage tools like Wireshark , iPerf , and vendor-specific diagnostics. What We’re Looking For: Strong hands-on experience (3–5 years) in IP/Ethernet networks. Proficiency in CLI, SNMP, and diagnostic tools. Preferred certifications: Cisco: CCNA / CCNP Juniper: JNCIA / JNCIS Nokia certifications are an added advantage.
