Network Support Engineer

As an IT Network Fresher, you will have the opportunity to join our team and collaborate closely with network engineers and the IT department to maintain and support our network infrastructure. This position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals aiming to begin a career in the IT networking field. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the installation, configuration, and upkeep of network hardware and software components. Monitoring network performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely resolutions will also be part of your role. You will work alongside network engineers to devise and execute network solutions, as well as help with the setup and management of various network devices like routers, switches, and firewalls. Conducting network security audits, implementing necessary measures to maintain network integrity, and offering technical support to end-users on network connectivity matters will be crucial aspects of your job. Additionally, you will contribute to the implementation of network protocols and technologies such as TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, and WLANs. This is a full-time job that may involve evening or rotational shifts from Monday to Friday. A preferred educational background includes a Bachelor's degree, while having 1 year of experience in IT networking and software troubleshooting is advantageous.
