As a Global Network Engineer L2, you will be responsible for identifying, researching, and resolving 2nd level Technical Support problems related to Internet, Firewalls, LANs, WLANs, WANs, and other Network components. You will respond to 2nd line Service calls, Incidents, and Service Tickets for technical support, tracking and monitoring problems in our Service Management Tool (ServiceNow) to ensure timely resolutions managed through an automated system. Your tasks will include system operations, maintenance, and documentation in accordance with compliance requirements, quality assurance, and development of standards. Additionally, you will support and implement failure and disaster recovery tests, ensuring system integrity and security through measures such as log analysis and patch management. Monitoring the WAN, WLAN, and LAN environment and proactively reacting to any issues will be a crucial part of your role.
