Collaboratation with IT teams to integrate voice solutions with existing network infrastructure. Implementation and enforcement of security protocols to protect voice communication systems. Capacity planning and performance analysis for voice networks. Development and maintainance of documentation for voice system configurations and procedures. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in managing voice communication systems within a data center. Strong knowledge of VoIP technologies and protocols (e.g., SIP, H.323). Experience with PBX systems and unified communications platforms (e.g., Cisco Unified Communications, Cisco Jabber, Avaya). Experience with Cisco call center, UCCX Proficiency in network monitoring and troubleshooting tools. Strong understanding of data center network voice communication resilience Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively. Additional skills Certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Professional Collaboration (CCNP Collaboration) or equivalent. Experience with voice security practices and technologies.
