Strong technical background in the operation, management, patching and upgrade aspects of the following software and appliance Infrastructure:

Knowledge about Cisco Firewalling, Routing, Switching, Wireless and monitoring.
Public e-mail flow, Domains, DNS and standards (e.g. DMAC / DKIM / SPF)
F5 Load balancers
Proxies
Certificate Management
Good documentation skills and eye to detail.
Adherence to standards, documentation, and agreed-upon processes.
