Network Procurement Professional

As a Procurement Professional at BT, your role involves providing inputs and executing procurement activities in the Networks Category. You will collaborate with key suppliers and internal stakeholders in Technology and Openreach to ensure procurement competency and deliver value to BT and its customers. Key Responsibilities: - Support the development and execution of category plans and sourcing activities in collaboration with stakeholders and suppliers - Build and maintain category knowledge and apply best practices in sourcing approach, supplier selection, and negotiation tactics - Deliver business improvements and savings through sourcing, bid support, supplier management, and risk management activities - Collaborate with regional and industry teams to execute category plans and sourcing activities - Adhere to required procurement processes and activities, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions - Drive end-to-end sourcing projects, including complex contractual and pricing models - Develop and deliver policies and frameworks to support product and service delivery - Collaborate with other procurement teams and stakeholders to deliver positive outcomes for BT and customers - Maintain relationships with key suppliers, negotiate commercial arrangements, and ensure contractual obligations are met Qualifications Required: - Relevant experience within the Procurement function with strong strategic and tactical procurement skills - Strong business knowledge in relevant category, including supplier capabilities and commercial models - Demonstrated track record of delivering value and results - Effective relationship management skills and ability to influence decision-making - Proficiency in managing complex, strategic, and commercial requirements In this role, you will support the implementation of procurement strategies for complex projects across BT Group's spend categories, contributing to the procurement of materials and services through purchasing according to established agreements.,
