Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

Plan, schedule, and execute network patching activities for routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and wireless controllers.
Apply firmware, operating system, and security patches during approved maintenance windows.
Perform pre-patch assessments, backups, and post-patch validation checks.
Troubleshoot and resolve any patch-related issues; initiate rollback if required.
Maintain proper documentation of patch activities, incident reports, and RCA.
Collaborate with IT Operations, Security, and Application teams.
Follow ITIL-based change management and CAB approval processes.
Ensure continuous service availability and compliance with security standards.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

711 years of experience in network patching, configuration management, and device hardening.
Hands-on experience with Cisco / Juniper / Palo Alto / Fortinet devices.
Knowledge of network monitoring and automation tools.
Flexible to work in
24x7 rotational shifts
(No fixed weekend off).
Strong communication and coordination skills.
