10+ years of relevant experience in a Network Operations Engineer role.
CCNA certification required; CCNP strongly preferred or currently in progress.
Solid working knowledge of:
Branch and Data Center switching and routing
Wireless technologies – configuration, troubleshooting, and security
Enterprise Firewalls, especially CheckPoint and Palo Alto
Internet routing and network security
Cloud networking technologies (Azure, AWS, etc.) – highly desirable
Interior and exterior routing protocols (e.g., OSPF, BGP)
VPN technologies – Site-to-Site and Remote Access
Proxy solutions – Bluecoat, McAfee
Load Balancers
IP Address Management (IPAM) and network services – DNS, DHCP, NTP
Network management and monitoring tools
Network probes and packet capture analysis
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
