Job Description Network AOP preparation in coordination with Cross functional teams, Continuous Monitoring and tracking of Actuals against Plan. Monthly MIS deck preparation for CFO review for PAN India Network function along with detailed Variance analysis. E2E management of NW Energy related financial KPIs, payment and accounting Monitoring of Major Network Financial KPIs and reporting to Management, Score card preparation of geography performance. Cash flow Projection preparation for Leased tower Pay outs and ensuring no variances in Planned Vs Actuals. Responsible to initiate Automation projects, BI report automations and SAP developments related to leased tower accounting. Leading cost optimization projects Act as a Risk Manager SPOC for function to identify new Risks and ensure mitigation of existing Risk associated with Business. Key Deliverables: Monthly reporting of actual spend against approved AOP/Budgets along with detailed Variance analysis. Publishing various exception reporting, Ad-hoc MIS asked by Management. Monthly closure of NW Energy related financial KPIs, payment and accounting Ensuring Timely payment to Vendors within TAT, monitoring of Invoice processing done by State teams Act as a Risk Manager SPOC for function to identify new Risks and ensure mitigation of existing Risk associated with Business.
