Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Network Operations

  • Keep the network (LAN, Wi-Fi, etc.)

    up and running with minimal downtime

    .
  • Resolve faults quickly, preferably

    before they escalate

    .
  • Perform

    preventive maintenance

    to avoid major issues.

2. Performance and Optimization

  • Monitor network performance

    and identify slowdowns or bottlenecks.
  • Use tools and analysis to

    optimize traffic and capacity

    .

3. Projects & Changes

  • Plan and

    implement new technologies or upgrades

    .
  • Ensure

    readiness for new configurations

    , tools, or services.

4. Team Management

5. Stakeholder Coordination

  • Work closely with

    internal departments

    like IT, Finance, Compliance.
  • Deal with

    external vendors, ISPs, OEMs, and contractors

    .
  • Act as the

    main point of escalation

    for network-related issues.
