Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for architecture, templates, onboarding, and troubleshooting.
Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions for internal support and engineering teams.
Drive end-to-end project execution, define deliverables and milestones, and track project progress.
Coordinate with internal business units, vendors, and external partners to meet project timelines and budgets.
Communicate effectively with global teams across Europe and the US.
Experience working with vendors, procurement, and licensing processes.
Scripting/automation skills (e.g., Python, Shell) are a plus.
Excellent documentation, coordination, and business communication skills.
Familiarity with automation tools for network configuration and monitoring.
Experience in supporting multi-site, international network deployments.
Availability to support go-lives or critical project milestones during off-business hours as needed.
Willingness to support and collaborate with distributed teams in a global enterprise environment.
Perform additional duties as required by the supervisor or project team.
