Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
  • Fixing hardware and software, troubleshooting problems, working in a customer support role at a service desk, and maintaining networks and computer systems.
  • Providing technical assistance and end-user support to our organization as well as our clients when the need arises.
  • Performing network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hotfixes, and security configurations.
  • Working with all technology team members to ensure proper maintenance of the LAN, wireless, MAN, and WAN voice and data networks.
