As a Network Engineer at Vitel Global Communication Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the VOIP network infrastructure. Your role will involve troubleshooting network and VOIP issues, optimizing performance, and ensuring the security and reliability of communication systems. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies to deliver seamless and efficient VOIP services to clients. Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical support for VoIP-related issues via phone calls and emails. - Diagnose and resolve VoIP problems such as call quality issues, connectivity issues, and configuration errors. - Assist customers with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of VoIP systems. - Monitor and maintain VoIP infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and uptime. - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues. - Document and track customer interactions and technical issues in the support ticketing system. - Conduct regular system checks and preventative maintenance to prevent service interruptions. - Stay updated with the latest VoIP technologies, trends, and best practices. - Provide training and guidance to customers on VoIP system usage and features. Qualifications: - Certification in VoIP technologies (e.g., CCNA Voice, CCNP Collaboration, etc.). - Experience with VoIP service providers and cloud-based VoIP solutions. - Knowledge of network security practices and protocols.
