The Senior Technical Services Analyst will be responsible for supporting technologies that include secure access service edge (SASE), firewall policies, load balancers, etc. Therefore, a strong understanding of networking is essential.
Manage Juniper and Palo Alto firewall policiesManage F5 load balancers (LTM, APM, ASM).Manage Infoblox / IPAM and DHCP server deployment.Work with InfoSec and application teams to ensure successful deployment of applications in compliance with security guidelines and Change Management procedures.Provide recommendation for application connectivity and Bechtels network/AD infrastructure requirements.Provide support for Cloud proxy solution (Zscaler, Global Protect PA).Provide third level technical support for application traffic flow and Internet access issues.Provide off hour support based on rotation.Mandatory SkillsStrong understanding of networking fundamentalsProficiency with gateway technologies including SSL-VPN, load balancers, firewalls, and proxy serversFamiliarity with Cloud Proxy Solution NetskopeExperience with Infoblox IPAM ManagementSolid knowledge of LAN/WAN technologies, TCP/IP, Ethernet, routing, and networking protocolsUnderstanding of HTTP traffic and SSL standardsProficiency in using network troubleshooting tools like Wireshark and FiddlerCertifications in Juniper, Cisco, and Microsoft technologies are advantageousExperience in scripting and automation is highly desiredKnowledge of Cloud Infrastructure and Networking, preferably with Azure
