Role & responsibilities

L2 Network Engineer

Candidates is expected to provide day-to-day operational support, handle incident and change management, and coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors.

Handling the network infrastructure, LAN/WAN, migration configuration of network.

2- Troubleshooting of LAN/WAN/Wireless connectivity issues, and hardware issues, tracking problem, remediation scheduling and coordination.

Routing, Switching,

4. Basic understanding on Cisco DNAC, ISE, SD-WAN, and IPT

3-6 years of hands-on experience in enterprise network operations.

•   Strong knowledge of

  Routing (OSPF, BGP), Switching (VLANs, STP, EtherChannel)

  .
•   Basic understanding on

  Cisco DNA Center, Cisco ISE

  , and

  SD-WAN

  .
•  Understanding on

  Cisco IPT/Call Manager

   and IP Telephony support.
•  Familiarity with network monitoring tools and ticketing systems

routing, switching, and WAN connectivity

•  Operate and maintain

  Cisco DNA Center (DNAC)

   for network assurance, automation, and policy deployment.
•  Participate in network upgrades, configuration changes, and patch management activities.
•  Analyze and resolve L2-level network incidents, service requests, and performance issues within SLAs.
•  Maintain and update network documentation, diagrams, and inventory.
•  Collaborate with L3 and architecture teams for escalations and project rollouts.
•  Ensure compliance with security standards and company policies.
•  Participate in on-call support rotation as needed.

Preferred candidate profile

Must have "SDWAN" Exp.
