Job Description

Contributes to the development of Best Practices and Standard Operational Procedures within area of expertise
Responsible for complex testing and analysis of all elements of the network facilities
Incident/Service Requests/Change/Problem Management engagement as a Leader and supporting team members, achieving SLAs and KPIs
As a network engineer you will be responsible for maintaining computer network systems for the customer
Support over the weekends 12hrs shift (7am to 7pm)
Non Oncall Support required
