Work Details

Working Days: Monday to Friday (1st Saturday working)
Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (General Shift)

Qualification & Experience

Education: BE / B.Tech / Graduate in Computer Science or equivalent field
Certifications (Mandatory): CCNA
Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in network management and firewall administration
Preferred Certifications: CCNP, Palo Alto Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE), or equivalent

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage and maintain LAN and WAN network infrastructure across multiple office locations.
Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Palo Alto Firewalls and related network security systems.
Ensure optimal performance, availability, and security of all network systems.
Perform root cause analysis for incidents and implement preventive measures.
Collaborate with internal IT and vendor teams for escalations and project support.
Maintain detailed documentation of network topology and configuration changes.
Provide L2 technical support and mentorship to junior engineers.
