Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the entire IT and network infrastructure including servers, routers, switches, and communication systems.

• Configure, install, and troubleshoot network devices and associated software and hardware.

• Monitor system performance, network reliability, and uptime, ensuring optimal connectivity and minimal disruptions.

• Implement and manage firewalls, VPNs, and other security systems to safeguard organizational data.

• Provide technical support and resolution for all network-related issues raised by internal teams.

• Ensure regular updates, patches, and maintenance of systems in compliance with organizational IT policies.

• Maintain documentation for network topology, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.

• Conduct routine data backups and support disaster recovery planning and testing.

• Liaise with vendors and service providers for equipment procurement, maintenance, and service-level agreements.

• Keep up with emerging trends in networking and IT infrastructure, recommending upgrades or enhancements as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Network Engineer or IT Administrator with strong networking skills.

• Hands-on experience with network protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF), hardware (routers, switches, access points), and tools.

• Strong understanding of network security, firewalls, and VPN configuration.

• Proficiency in managing Windows/Linux server environments and monitoring tools.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are preferred.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
