Network Engineer (Juniper TAC)

On-site Technical Ownership

• Serve as the primary technical liaison for all Arista networking activities at the customer location.
• Own the end-to-end deployment lifecycle of Arista wired and wireless solutions, including
  planning, execution, testing, and validation.
• Ensure alignment of implementation with the approved network architecture and business
  requirements.

• Collaborate with customer s IT/networking teams to understand requirements and propose
  suitable designs using Arista solutions.
• Assist in design validations, interoperability planning, and performance assessments.
• Create detailed HLD, LLD and migration strategies.

• Configure and deploy Arista switching, routing, and wireless infrastructure.
• Manage Arista Cloud Vision-based network management, telemetry, and wireless
  monitoring.
• Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to network performance,
  wireless coverage, and policy enforcement.

• Maintain up-to-date documentation for network configurations, implementation plans,
  change logs, SOPs, and as-built diagrams.
• Prepare weekly/monthly technical health reports, RCA documents, and improvement plans
  for the customer.

• Conduct technical workshops, KT sessions with the customer teams.
• Collaborate with internal pre-sales, TAC, and project delivery teams to support escalations
  or enhancements.
• Drive best practices in configuration, change control, and network optimization.

• Bachelor s degree in computer science, Electronics, IT, or equivalent.
• 3-4 years of hands-on experience with Arista EOS, CloudVision, and wireless AP deployments.
• Juniper TAC or Cisco TAC or equivalent TAC experience.
• Strong knowledge of Layer 2/3 protocols (STP, VLANs, OSPF, BGP), wireless standards (802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax).
• Proficiency in documenting network designs, implementation steps, rollback plans, and change controls.
• Strong customer handling skills with the ability to present solutions and drive discussions independently.
• Experience with RF tools, wireless planning, and performance tuning in enterprise environments.
• Arista certifications (ACE-1, ACE-3) or equivalent.
