Job Description

Should be experienced in day to day IT Infrastructure support including various Operating systems like Win10, MacOS, Linux. Should have strong knowledge in implementation administration of various servers server roles. Administration of LAN infrastructure (switches/firewall/ routers). Should be having understanding on ITIL framework (IT reporting metrics/MIS) and create different reports as per the framework. Manage the team of analysts who support end user's IT tickets and act as SME for them. Attend to service requests and incidents, Analyze the root cause and provide solutions to meet the defined SLA target and avoid repeated incidents. Handle system and network related issues and handle 1st 2nd level IT incidents and IT service requests. Thorough knowledge on different tools used for capacity management, availability managements. Experience in Asset management IT Supplier Management. Should be flexible to work in different shift timings and coordinate with different teams across geographies.
