deserve by providing top-notch IT support todoctors, care centers, and health groups. As a Level One IT Support Specialistat Medicus IT, youll serve as the initial point of contact for triaging and

resolving incoming client or system-generatedrequests. Join us in making a real difference in healthcare while deliveringworld-class client experiences daily.

The Hybrid NOC Proactive Engineer you will beresponsible for monitoring systems, running routine health checks, identifyingpotential issues before they impact operations, and executing

preventive maintenance tasks under guidance.

RequiredSkills:

Basic knowledge of Windows Server/Linuxsystems.

Familiarity with ITSM tools and ticketingsystems (e.g., ServiceNow, ConnectWise).

Understanding of basic networking concepts (IP,DNS, VPN, etc.).

Strong documentation and communication skills.

Willingness to work in shifts and takeownership of assigned tasks.

Level1

Good knowledge on Windows Operating System

Understanding of Storage and File systems

Core Assets/Documentation/Knowledge Base(Internal)/Service Delivery - JC/NOC/01. NOC ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY 1

Able to update windows, firmware, bios, etc...

Good understanding of network monitoringconcepts and management tools.

Exposure to scripting basics. ( Optional)

Server rebooting and best practices

Develops and maintains fundamental knowledge,at a server or back-end level, of application functionality.

AV Threat Scanning and performance improvingbest practices

Maintains an understanding of Active Directory,DNS and DHCP

Maintains appropriate technical documentationnecessary for IT Operations

Ability to assess faults, priorities, respondand escalate accordingly

Monthly and Quarterly Maintenance of Clients(following SOP)

Other duties as assigned
