Network Engineer

Job Description:  - Configuring and installing various network devices and services (e.g., routers/AP, switches, firewalls, load balancers, CCTV, biometric, door access and etc.)  - Performing network maintenance and system upgrades   - Monitoring and providing Level-2/3 support, troubleshooting to resolve issues  -Install, configure, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, and peripherals (printers, scanners, etc.) -Replace or upgrade hardware components such as RAM, hard drives, and batteries.  - Collaborate with clients, vendors, OEMs and other stakeholders Required Skills / Criteria:  - Excellent knowledge about laptop, desktop & OS installation (WINDOWS, UBUNTU, LINUX) -Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, networking basics, and IT security best practices. -Ability to diagnose hardware problems and perform basic repairs or coordinate warranty support. -Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.  - Strong interpersonal skills and a team player  - Client relationship management  - Ability to be on field 100%, ownership qualities   - Candidate must have own vehicle (two-wheeler) Work Environment: Full-time position May require travel to client sites or other offices On-call support may be required for critical issues
