Description
You will contribute as a Network Dimensioning Specialist specializing in Radio Network Design. You will lead complete radio network design activities, including link budgeting, propagation model tuning, coverage planning, capacity planning, and controller dimensioning. You have: 7-10 years with a bachelor s degree in Telecommunications, Network Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Radio Network Design & Planning of Outdoor 2G, 3G, LTE, and 5G Networks using Macro Site Solutions. Radio Planning and Designing of IBS 2G, 3G, LTE ,5G RF Coverage solutions: - Hotels, Stadium, Metro Rail, Tunnels, Airports etc. Excellent Knowledge of Indoor Coverage planning tools like iBwave etc. and Outdoor Coverage planning tools like NetAct, Atoll, PLANET & ASSET etc. It would be nice if you also had: Good Knowledge of Controllers dimensioning with their interfaces. Good knowledge of Nokia radio equipment and multivendor knowledge would be an added advantage. Knowledge of working with virtual teams is preferred (local, international). knowledge in Project Management/field experience would be an added advantage. You will be responsible for providing support to Market NPO Consultants by understanding Customer Radio Network Design requirements and guidelines mentioned in the RFx. You will be a network Dimensioning Specialist who will propose Indoor and Outdoor Radio Network Solutions as per the customers requirements. You will lead Complete Radio Network Design activities involving - Alignment of the Design Inputs, Link Budgeting, Propagation Model Tuning, Coverage Planning, Capacity Planning, and Controller Dimensioning. You will lead RFx discussions and ensure compliance with the organizations sales gate process. Ability to guide colleagues to provide bid deliverables related to Radio Network Design. You will contribute to the teams capability and portfolio development along with SU stakeholders. Knowledge sharing and ensuring updated document repository of the RFPs supported You will participate in internal and external customer presentations, and discussions on solution propositions and facilitates handover to delivery teams for won opportunities. You will manage stakeholders and handle escalations to ensure quality and timely delivery.
