Network Automation Engineer

As a Network Automation Engineer at NetBrain, you will play a crucial role in revolutionizing Network Operations for global Enterprises and Managed Service Providers. Your primary responsibility will be to leverage your deep domain knowledge of network operations to implement innovative automation solutions using NetBrain's cutting-edge platform. Partnering with network engineers and architects worldwide, you will identify high-impact automation targets for customers by analyzing ITSM data and performing preventative maintenance on the NetBrain platform to ensure visibility into diverse network protocols and technologies such as VxLAN, SD-WAN, ACI, Cloud, VMware, IGP, BGP, MPLS, etc. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze customer's deployed network technologies, playbooks, and design documents to develop automation solutions. - Train and develop customer engineers on automation knowledge to enable continuous automation on the NetBrain platform. - Architect and implement automation solutions for customer problem resolution. - Handle any additional responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development, network engineering, network automation, or related roles. - Proficiency in common network tools such as Network Monitoring, Incident Management, and Log Analysis. - Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration. - Attention to detail, quality, and a commitment to delivering reliable solutions. - Fluency in English with strong communication and presentation skills.
