National Payment Corporation of India (NPCI) is hiring Network and Infra Engineer! IT NETWORK INFRA (HIRING M/F/T) Job Location: Mumbai/Hyderabad/Chennai Role: Desirable Certifications: CCNA, CCNP, Fortigate, Juniper, F5 AWS, Azure, Ansible, ITIL. Relevant Experience Required: 2+ years to 10 years Qualification / Certification (Mandatory): BE/B.Tech(CSE, ECE/IT) or M.E/M.Tech or MCA/MSc (CS) with science background. Key Responsibilities: MANDATORY SKILLS: (Strong) Switching -good knowledge of Datacenter Switching, Stacking, VPC, MLAG, VxLAN, STP, VTP, Datacenter switching, Spine-Leaf architecture, STP, VTP. (Strong) Routing -BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, Route reflectors, route summarization (Strong) Link Monitoring (Strong) Vendor coordination/ Escalations (Strong) Firewall/LB - firewall rules configuration, troubleshooting, log analyzing. (Strong) Tooling -Grafana, Ansible (Strong) Others - DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, Radious, Tacacs, SNMP, IP Routing (Strong) SLA management process (Strong) Inventory management (Strong) ITIL framework (Strong) TCP/IP protocol stack and IP addressing IP Routing Knowledge on Cisco Platforms. IP Applications Knowledge: DNS, DHCP, RADIUS Operate and maintain all the Network and Security hardware, software and communication Equipment. Troubleshooting the problems associated withservices published in the NPCI network. Monitoring and managing the maintenance and support for firewalls and IPS, antivirus, system security of existing and new equipment in the NPCI network and coordinate with third parties whose Equipment is supplied and is in AMC as per PO. Review of security policies for firewall/VPN policy, IPS signatures to ensure they are up to date and still valid Coordinate with different vendors for replacement of defective /failure equipment. Review periodically the security parameters and requirements of changes occur all the time like configuration data added, removed or altered all the time; any patches or upgrades come out; new vulnerabilities and to identified risks which are vulnerable to security breaches. Regularly monitor the updates and patches available on the Original Equipment Manufacture website whenever a new patch is released and the same after going through the change management process. To monitor the logs of Firewall, IPS, in of case any abnormalities observed the corrective action should be taken to resolve the issues. Maintaining backup of device configuration, IOS Updates for router, firewall, IPS and security patch management for system etc. Analyzing and classifying criticallogs generatedby Firewalls, IPSs, Systems logs, events and to implement the suitable solution. Review of security policies for firewall/VPN policy, IPS signatures to ensure that they are up to date and still valid. To have a periodic Security Review using Security parameters and requirements changes occur all the time like configuration data added, removed or altered all the time; any patches or upgrades come out; new vulnerabilities and to identified risks which are vulnerable to security breach. (Essential)Experience in Cloud Native Application, Cloud Network and Load Balancing.
