Role Overview We are looking for a Technical Pre-Sales Engineer (Microsoft 365) to join our growing team in Noida. This individual will play a crucial role in the sales cycle by combining technical knowledge with client engagement skills to craft solutions that meet business needs. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the sales team to identify client needs and develop tailored Microsoft 365-based solutions. Conduct product demos, technical presentations, and proof-of-concepts (POCs) for clients. Provide expert guidance on Microsoft 365, Azure (IaaS/PaaS), and modern device management tools (e.g., Intune, Autopilot). Articulate the business and technical value of Netoyed's offerings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Address client concerns and offer strategic solutions aligned with business goals. Work closely with post-sales and technical teams to ensure smooth transitions and implementations. Required Skills And Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum 5 years of industry experience, with at least 2 years in sales engineering or IT consulting. Strong Technical Background In Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, etc.) Microsoft Azure (Infrastructure-as-a-Service and Platform-as-a-Service) Microsoft Security & Compliance technologies Modern device management tools (e.g., Intune, Autopilot) In-depth understanding of PC, Server, Cloud, and SaaS technologies. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities. Customer-centric mindset with a proactive, positive attitude.
