Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced .NET with Selenium QA Engineer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in developing automation scripts using Selenium with C# and possess hands-on experience in .NET technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and C#.
• Collaborate with developers and QA analysts to identify and resolve application issues.
• Build and maintain robust, scalable test automation frameworks.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in testing.
• Write clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Track and report quality metrics and test coverage.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with .NET and Selenium.
• Proficient in C# and object-oriented programming.
• Solid understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, version control (e.g., Git), and CI/CD tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Roles and Responsibilities – .NET with Selenium QA Engineer

1. Test Automation Development

• Design, develop, and maintain reliable and reusable test automation scripts using Selenium WebDriver with C#.
• Implement and enhance automated test frameworks to ensure efficient and comprehensive testing coverage.

2. Functional and Regression Testing

• Execute manual and automated test cases for functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Identify, document, and track software defects using standard bug-tracking tools.

3. Collaboration with Development Teams

• Work closely with developers, business analysts, and other QA team members to understand application functionality and testing requirements.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives as part of an Agile team.

4. Code Review & Best Practices

• Participate in peer reviews of test scripts and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes.
• Follow coding and testing standards to ensure high-quality test automation.

5. Documentation & Reporting

• Create and maintain detailed test documentation including test plans, test cases, and test execution reports.
• Track and communicate test results, defect metrics, and QA health indicators to relevant stakeholders.

6. CI/CD & Integration Testing

• Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar.
• Conduct API testing and ensure test coverage across integrated modules and services.

7. Performance & Security Awareness

• Understand basic performance testing concepts and identify potential bottlenecks during testing.
• Ensure test cases account for security and compliance standards wherever applicable.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
