.Net Software Engineer

As a .Net Software Engineer at Barclays, you will be responsible for supporting the successful delivery of location strategy projects to plan, budget, agreed quality, and governance standards. You will spearhead the evolution of the digital landscape, driving innovation and excellence to ensure unparalleled customer experiences. **Key Responsibilities:** - Strong understanding of OOPs and Design Patterns. - Knowledge of Dot net framework 3.5 and above, C#, WPF, and MVVM. - Experience in Python coding and deployments. - Deployment process knowledge using Bit Bucket, GitHub, Veracode, and SonarQube for Code Quality. - Proven working experience in C# with WPF. - Proficient in drafting technical specifications and justifying them to multiple stakeholders. - Experience with MS SQL Server Database, programming, Data Warehousing. - Self-motivated with good written and verbal communication skills. **Qualifications Required:** - Experience of working with custom workflow solutions or commercial CRM/workflow solutions. - Experience in Python coding and deployment. - Comfortable working in a Scrum Master and/or Product Owner capacity. - Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging delivery environment with a strong focus on the minimum viable product. - Experience delivering change and gaining consensus from multiple stakeholders within a financial services organization. - Knowledge of Barclays Systems, Products, and processes. - Embraces Barclays Values & Behaviours, acting as a role model to build a culture consistent with the Values.
