Role Overview:

You will work within a platform team (10 – 14) people, responsible for new enhancement development and testing and supporting the business. Work on a number of different applications migrating legacy systems to new technology, new learnings happen every day.You will develop and maintain functional, scalable, and innovative applications that meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high quality software solutions:

• Be responsible for the development and technical quality of applications, platforms and related integrations.

• Understand, comply with, and contribute to development best practices

• Review and improve code quality

• Diagnose and resolve system problems

Engage in the agile process:

• Engage with, review and contribute to the continuous improvement of the refinement process

• Proactively identify areas of risk and improvement and proactively seek resolution

• Effectively communicate task progress and difficulties to people in both technical and everyman terms

• Provide size estimates for tasks where required

Be collaborative and supportive in the team:

• Build strong working relationships with other team members, particularly BAs, Developers and Testers

• Work with guidance from Senior Developers and Technical Leads

• Engage and collaborate with internal stakeholders when required

Mandatory Skill Sets:

• At least 6 years as a .NET Full Stack Developer(Demonstrable) technical experience: ASP.NET, .NET 4.0 or above, .NET Core 3.x, WinForms (nice to have), Microsoft SQL Server
• Demonstrated experience with Azure Cloud Services like: Function Apps, Service Bus, Event Hubs, APIs, Microservices
• Azure SQL would be advantageous
