Job Title: .NET Architect – Modernization and Migration

Location: Hybrid (Pune, India)

Work Hours: 2:00 PM – 11:30 PM IST (Overlap with US Central Time Zone)

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the

  design and implementation

  of modernization and migration initiatives.
• Conduct

  legacy application assessments

  to identify opportunities for modernization.

• Design and implement cloud-based solutions

  using .NET Core and Azure.
• Drive

  containerization initiatives

  using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Ensure

  performance optimization, scalability, and maintainability

  of modernized applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams following

  Agile methodologies

  .

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong proficiency in

  .NET Framework, .NET Core, and C#

  .
• Proven experience in

  modernization and migration projects

  (legacy to modern .NET/cloud platforms).
• Knowledge of

  cloud platforms

  such as Azure or AWS.
• Hands-on experience with

  containerization tools

  (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Solid understanding of

  Agile development practices

  .

Nice to Have

• Experience with

  cloud-native application development

  .
• Familiarity with

  DevOps tools and practices

  (Azure DevOps, Jenkins).
• Understanding of

  Microservices architecture and design patterns

  .

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree

  in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 8–10 years

  of experience in .NET development, with at least

  5 years

  in modernization and migration projects.
