Role Overview

.NET Tech Lead

Key Responsibilities

Architect scalable and maintainable .NET solutions for portals, mobile, and backend integrations using multi-tier patterns.
Provide hands-on technical leadership: coding, reviewing, optimizing, and setting direction for complex SDLC projects.
Integrate with
Azure Active Directory
for authentication and authorization.
Ensure robust security, compliance, and scalability in all deliverables.
Mentor and upskill developers and junior leads.
Drive adoption of
DevOps, automation, CI/CD
, and Agile best practices.
Troubleshoot critical incidents and optimize performance.
Collaborate on requirements, design, and technical documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education:
Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science or Engineering.
Experience:
8+ years in .NET development, with at least 2 years in technical/team leadership.
Expertise in
.NET, ASP.NET MVC/Core, C#, advanced SQL Server, microservices, and REST APIs
.
Proven experience in architecting and delivering large-scale portal/mobile/enterprise solutions.
Strong knowledge of
secure coding
,
SSO integration
(Azure AD/OAuth/JWT), and performance optimization.
Experience with cross-functional teams,
DevOps
, and
CI/CD pipelines
.
Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
