skills and Qualifications: -
Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). -
Proven experience in application support, systems analysis, or a related role.
- Knowledge of operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux) and database systems (e.g., SQL, Oracle).
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and frameworks for incident and problem management.
- Experience with application monitoring tools and ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
- Proficiency in troubleshooting application and integration issues
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Support coverage will be from 12:30 PM to 08:30 PM IST (09:00 AM to 5:00 PM CET) for application support and job monitoring of integrations
• Weekdays On Desk Support
• Weekends/Holidays - On Call Support for P1 issue
