Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Sales Staff located in Kollam. The Sales Staff will be responsible for managing and negotiating contracts, generating sales leads, meeting sales targets, and maintaining relationships with clients. Daily tasks include client interactions, preparing sales reports, and analyzing sales data. The role requires a proactive approach to identify market opportunities and address customer needs.

Qualifications

Sales, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Negotiation skills
Ability to generate leads and meet sales targets
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical skills for preparing sales reports and analyzing sales data
Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools
Relevant experience in the mining and metals industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
