NC Table Installation & Interface Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled NC Table Installation & Interface Engineer with hands-on experience in installation, commissioning, and integration of NC rotary tables with VMC and other CNC machines. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in electrical and mechanical interfacing, as well as proficiency in configuring and setting parameters on various CNC controllers including Fanuc, Siemens, and Mitsubishi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and commission NC rotary tables on CNC machining centers (VMCs, HMCs, etc.).
• Perform electrical interface wiring, signal integration, and communication setup between NC tables and machine controllers.
• Handle mechanical alignment, leveling, and precision fitting of NC tables with machine tools.
• Configure, set, and optimize controller parameters on Fanuc, Siemens, and Mitsubishi CNC systems to ensure smooth integration.
• Conduct functional testing, calibration, and validation of NC table operations (axis movement, indexing, positioning accuracy, etc.).
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control-related issues during installation and after commissioning.
• Provide technical support and training to customer operators and maintenance teams.
• Maintain detailed installation documentation, reports, and interface diagrams.
• Collaborate with design, service, and application teams to support customer requirements and improve installation practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in CNC machine tool installation or NC rotary table interfacing.
• Strong knowledge of CNC controllers: Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi (parameter setting & integration).
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical wiring diagrams and mechanical assembly drawings.
• Expertise in electrical signal interfacing (I/O mapping, M-code integration, feedback systems).
• Knowledge of mechanical alignments, precision assembly, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems (added advantage).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on customer sites.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Willingness to travel for installation and service assignments.

Preferred:

• Experience with other CNC control systems ( FANUC, Siemens , Mitsubushi etc).
• Exposure to multi-axis machining and advanced rotary table applications.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
