National Training Manager - Agency

Role Overview: As a National Training Manager at Tata AIG Academy, you will play a crucial role in driving employee and channel partner productivity through effective training and development initiatives. Your responsibilities will include developing and finalizing training calendars, conducting on-ground training sessions, creating standardized training content, delivering training programs, and coaching and managing a team of direct reports. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and finalize monthly training calendars aligned with annual training plan, channel partner activation, branch coverage, and productivity goals. - Execute training plan including travel to various markets for on-ground training delivery and conducting new employee onboarding. - Lead training initiatives such as Induction, Selling Skills, Objection Handling, and more. - Promote and manage digital learning via LMS and webinars. - Identify training needs, analyze business challenges, and develop/update standardized training content. - Continuously enhance subject matter expertise and engage participants effectively during sessions. - Establish coaching frameworks, manage, mentor, and develop a diverse team of direct reports. - Monitor coaching effectiveness through measurable improvements in business results. Qualification Required: - Graduation in any stream (mandatory), MBA preferred (preferably from NIA/MET or AMET), Associate/Fellow level certifications preferred. - Minimum 12 years in training or sales roles, general insurance industry experience preferred. - Advanced team management and leadership skills, strong influencing and negotiation skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Expertise in training delivery and content design, deep understanding of selling and agency channel management, moderate digital learning proficiency.,
