Position: National Sales Transformation Manager Location: Delhi NCR Experience: 13-20 years Industry: Retail/FMCG Region: Exposure of North or West is a must Education: MBA (Mandatory) Package: 15-24 LPA Role Overview: We are looking for a National Sales Transformation Manager with experience in retail/channel sales who can act as a critical link between top management, sales teams, and regional sales transformation managers. This role requires exceptional strategic and coordination skills, leadership, and a profound understanding of sales transformation to drive seamless execution across departments. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate the implementation of National Sales Transformation initiatives. Act as the central point of communication between the Director, Regional Sales Transformation Managers (RSTMs), and on-ground teams. Ensure smooth execution of day-to-day sales activities, managing multiple tasks and processes effectively. Monitor progress on sales transformation projects and provide regular updates to the leadership team. Develop and maintain detailed documentation for processes, reports, and key milestones. Collaborate with teams to address operational challenges and ensure alignment with strategic goals. Provide training and guidance to team members to enhance their understanding of sales transformation processes. Qualifications and Skills: 13-20 years of relevant experience in Retail/Channel Sales and Sales Coordination, Exceptional multitasking and organisational abilities.
