Job Description

You will be responsible for developing and implementing the national B2B sales strategy to achieve revenue and market share targets. Your key responsibilities will include: - Identifying and building strong relationships with key accounts, channel partners, OEMs, and industrial buyers. - Overseeing and managing a pan-India sales team for industrial business, ensuring performance, training, and motivation. - Expanding distribution and dealer network across target industries such as construction, safety, Engineering project companies, shipping, agriculture, etc. - Conducting market and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends. - Driving sales forecasting, pricing strategies, and budgeting in coordination with sales teams. - Ensuring alignment between regional sales strategies and national objectives. - Collaborating with marketing and product teams for promotional campaigns and new product launches. - Monitoring key sales KPIs and ensuring CRM tools are effectively used by the team. - Leading contract negotiations and commercial discussions with large clients. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field. MBA is a plus. - 8-15 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial consumables (e.g., ropes, cables, fasteners, tools or similar). - Proven track record in leading national/regional sales teams and exceeding sales targets. - Strong understanding of industrial B2B sales cycles, dealer/channel models, and customer acquisition. - Excellent negotiation, leadership, and interpersonal skills. - Willingness to travel nationally as required. If you are shortlisted, you will have the opportunity to work in the Manufacturing industry for the National Sales Role based in Delhi with a salary of 40 LPA. Experience in Sales within the Cable Industry and Building Material Industry will be preferred. The preferred industry backgrounds include Ropes, wires, cables, lifting and rigging equipment, industrial consumables/hardware/tools, marine, construction, mining, agriculture, or OEM supply sectors.,
